Today, I'm taking a break from reminiscing to celebrate a BIG day. My sister's 30th birthday. Where did the time go? Truffle loves her Auntie Sharon and, as you can see in the pics, the feeling is mutual. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a great sister and a great auntie! We love you a lot!!!

Random Cuteness
Cone
When I brought Truffle home, she was fresh off of surgery. Her scar took, what seemed like forever, to heal. It was really bumpy and some places were hard. She also developed a red lump(bug bite, maybe?) and licked it like crazy. One morning, she had licked it so much, that it was bloody. She had to wear a cone for about five days so it could heal.
She looked so sad =(
Ha ha!
Side view
Sleepy
Trying to get comfortable
Kinda miserable
It was hard for her to eat and drink. The cone kept bumping into everything
Poor girl!
Sleeping
Yes, she's asleep on MY pillow!
Asleep behind the pillow
Sunbathing
Burrowed in her blanket
Funny sleeper
Asleep in my spot on the couch...stinker!
Sunbathing in the wood chips...comfortable?
When she's most relaxed, she sleeps on her side
Loves her chair!
Her head was heavy so she rested it on the arm rest =)
I love it!
After my shower one day, this is what I found on the couch
Thai Basil
I "accidentally" dropped a thai basil leaf on the ground to see what Truffle would do with it. She immediately scooped it up and chewed away. She liked it! Ha ha, my dog has a taste for asian food...just like her mama!
